An autopsy confirms that Davy Jones dead, the star of 1960s band The Monkees, died of a coronary heart attack.
The healthcare examiner’s workplace in Martin County, Fla., claims authorities accomplished their examination Thursday early morning, a day right after Jones was rushed for the hospital. Toxicology checks could just take yet another six or eight weeks, but there is no indication anything else is usually to blame to the 66-year-old heartthrob’s death.
Jones rocketed to stardom inside the 1960s like a member of the Monkees, a made-for-TV rock band patterned after the Beatles.
