The Goldendoodle is not a purebred dog. It is just a mix of the Golden Retriever plus the Poodle. The easiest way to determine the temperament of the mixed breed is tolook up all breeds inside the cross and know you can get any mixture off some of the characteristics found in either breed. Not many of these designer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred to 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses.
