Marcela Valladolid Mexican Made Easy
Marcela Valladolid host of The Food Network’s new show “Mexican made Easy is a little fireball”. The Chef and cookbook author, a native of Tijuana, Mexico, will share Mexican recipes with viewers by showing them how to make healthy, easy-to-prepare versions of some classic Mexican dishes.
Her show, ‘Mexican Made Easy,’ premieres at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010.That is tonight, folks.
I don’t know about you, but I adore Mexican food. Unfortunately, the Mexican food served in restaurants in these parts is a poor cousin to authentic Mexican cuisine.
While I make a pretty mean Guacamole, I’m looking forward to some authentic Mexican dishes.
