Neil Patrick Harris plays the voice of Frosty the snowman, who talks about his porn collection in the video. The video is a CBS joint promotion for Frosty the Snowman and How I Met Your Mother, and uses the NPH inappropriate character, Barney Stinson as his muse.
The internet buzz is hot on this one because the promo was just released today, and because it is kind of funny, in a twisted sort of way.
