After posting about Chris Cornel in rock musician corner, now I will post about Konghucu. Quite far different from the previous one, this time is something concerns with philosphy. A bit deep, but it’s fine, just to show you how various the information in this blog are. Speaking about Konghucu will never be enough in just one post. To make it easier to read, I will devide the post into three parts. This is the first chapter.
Konghucu was born in 551 BC, during King Ling of Zhou dynasti, in Chang Phing village. His family name is K’ung and his childhood name was Khung Chiu/Zong Ni.
K’ung family has lost his aristocratic in the middle of political chaos during Zhou dynasti. When he was three years old, his father died, and K’ung then brought up by his poor mother. K’ung has shown his incredible wisdom in his childhood. His mother died when he was 17.
K’ung then married to Song’s girl named Yuan Guan. His life changed right after he became an state officer, a matter that he had from the age of 35 until 60 years. The political conspiration in his career had made K’ung must resign from his authority, and he must live in exile.

Konghucu ( K’ung Chiu/Zong Ni) was wandering for almost 13 years. During his exile, K’ung then decided to become a crowd-around-teacher, spreading the good and noble value of life and human. In the middle of the messy kingdom, where the people had been longing for peace, safe and quiet, Konfusius has gone for it. Later on, K’ung Chiu is respected and admitted as ‘master of ten thousand generation’.
K’ung Chiu/ Konghucu got back to his homeland - Chang Phing Village - to teach and eternalize classic traditions. He wrote Ch’un Ch’iu code ( Spring and Autums Annals). The book contains notes of Chinese history in Ch’un Ch’iu era until Kung Chiu died in 479 BC.
