fresh air is all I need
Living in metro like me is sometimes feels so stressful. I go everyday going to work by public transport. And people may act so messy , like they smoke as they like and without any guilt they poisoned the people around them. And arriving in office what I find is about deadline, deadline, and deadline. Well it is not fair to be mellow, because I am sure I am not the only one who face reality like this, in fact maybe the large part of us.
But thank God at least I have a good seat in my office, and having a nice and comfortable room to work. My colleagues are nice and supporting too. The owner of this company has given a good attention to the clean and healthy atmosphere. He has just read about EcoQuest international fresh air brochure, and has agreed to cooperate with it to make our office gone better and healthier.
Depression is true unavoidable, but when a bunch of work comes and must be done immediately, it feels wiser if we take a break for a moment, and take a deep breath.
Fresh Air is a kind of luxury now.
Our office have no windows that can open freely, We have to keep the air conditions run all the day, But it doesn’t mean the air is fresh.
